This practice focuses on the neck and shoulders - areas where stress, posture, and daily habits often show up first. Promoting healthy circulation, and building subtle strength to relieve tension.

Unlock the power of rotation by releasing tension to rediscover a sense of freedom in your movement. If your spine feels stiff this class will help you feel lighter and more mobile.

Through breath-led sequencing, neurosensory awareness, this pelvic floor practice develops strength, restores elasticity, and improves functional coordination.
