The spine sits at the centre of the body. Forces move through it, around it, and back to it. So when rotation becomes restricted, you feel it. Not just in the spine itself, but in how you move through your whole day.

This practice is about finding your own range. Not pushing through it. Finding where rotation feels natural and fluid, and where the body quietly signals that it has reached its limit for now.

By the end, you'll have a felt sense of where your spiral sweet spot is. A place in your range of motion where the body moves freely, releases held tension, and finds ease.
