This practice focuses on the neck and shoulders - areas where stress, posture, and everyday habits often show up first.

Through slow, mindful movements and breath-led transitions, we’ll soften unnecessary tension, encourage healthy circulation, and build subtle, supportive strength to help the head sit more easily over the spine.

Rather than forcing release, the sequence works gradually - restoring mobility, improving awareness, and supporting the tissues that carry so much of our daily load.

Expect a steady, nourishing pace designed to help you feel:

  • lighter through the neck and upper back
  • more upright and supported
  • calmer, clearer, and more at ease
