Join Hayley for this month's practice. We’ll explore how small movements can build lasting strength by:

  • Improving mobility + load tolerance
  • Strengthening from fingertip to forearm taking the strain off the shoulders
  • Reducing discomfort in weight-bearing poses
  • Supporting seamless, grounded transitions between poses

Level: All levels - with options for both gentle and stronger progressions.

Intention: Build strength in your wrists and hands through micro-moves that nourish the joints and connective tissues.
We’ll explore gentle, nutritional movements that restore mobility, along with gradual loading techniques that build strength safely - essential for poses like Downward Dog, and equally valuable for everyday function.

You’ll come away with practical techniques to support daily activities like typing, lifting, and carrying, as well as creative sequencing ideas to share with your students.
