A Practice for Ageing Well

Duration: 75 minutes

🎥 Recording available for 30 days.

We are living longer than ever before - but longevity alone is not the goal. The real question is:

How well are we moving, thinking, and adapting as we age?

This practice is grounded in the principles of agile ageing, informed not only by gerontology, but by decades of insight from sport and performance science.

Elite athletes have long been studied to understand how the human body adapts to load, stress, recovery, and pressure. As a Yoga Sports Scientist working with athletes, I’ve seen that the very principles supporting performance at the highest level are the same ones that support quality of life as we age.

In this practice you’ll explore efficient movement, improved mobility and strength, and sustainable ways to build endurance, stamina, focus, and confidence.
