Join Hayley in this practice to explore a fresh look at how to truly release tension, and improve mobility in the hips. Because forcing your way into deep stretches could be doing you more harm than good.
You won’t be forcing flexibility or sinking into deep stretches. Instead, you’ll explore purposeful movements that improve range, stability, and freedom - so your hips can do what they were meant to do: move smoothly and support you with ease - both on and off the mat.
Whether your hips feel tight from sitting, training, or just daily life, this class offers a feel-good reset for your whole body.
